I’m Wil—a technical builder with a Computer Science background and around 15 years across software, infrastructure, and systems integration. io5 is my independent automation practice, focused on turning repetitive business communication into reliable automated systems.

I build the whole thing end to end: the integration, the AI layer, the deployment, and the handover.
